Want to submit ebuild for a new tool named 'otrtool' (nothing to do with Off-the-record). It's written by PyroPeter.

This tool decrypts OTRKEY-files.
OTRKEY-files are generated by onlinetvrecorder.com (a free [well, some advertisement] TV-recording site for german [and a few US-]stations). 

Sourcecode released under CC0.

I suggest to place it under app-misc/otrtool.
