does MAKEOPTS=-j1 make a difference ? Nope, still dies with the same message with MAKEOPTS="-j1". >> client/umount.cifs.o: file not recognized: File truncated
Do you have enough disk space?
I also have seen this error when ld is writing to a.out, while reading from it at the same time. Try to disable ccache and test again
Thanks, Víctor, of course it was ccache! Disabling it allows samba to compile. Closing, as this was a ccache issue |
