strongSwan Manager is a web application which interacts with the IKEv2 daemon charon via an XML interface running the SMP information query and control protocol.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge strongswan-manager
Actual Results:  
no ebuild found

Expected Results:  
it installs in webapps and then it is possible to use webapp-config to install like all other web applications

it would really be an ease to have it in portage tree and i believe that the gentoo community can render it if possible even more stable and reliable

hence I am going to close this as 'obsolete'. Feel free to comment if you think that this is wrong.
