dev-lang/mono-9999 change the sources from svn to git:

"Although we still maintain access to the AnonSVN for anyone that had local checkouts, Mono is no longer hosted on Subversion and it is now hosted at GitHub (http://github.com/mono) as the Mono Organization (http://github.com/mono)."
