Description Daniel Armyr 2003-11-20 12:53:32 UTC
I just realized that Portage sets the text color to a bright white during the line mentioned and does not unset that color afterwards. It is a cosmetic bug but still a bug.

Actually, I noticed that it seems to be a general problem in the ebegin..eend structure.

I have never seen this over here. Where does this happen (console,
term - if term, which one) ? Also include 'emerge info'.

The other option is to update to unstable baselayout 1.8.6.12-r2
and see if that makes any difference ...
Comment 4 Daniel Armyr 2003-12-14 13:43:01 UTC
Ahem. I found the problem. It was a malfunctioning hack from my part. After fixing it the bug has been unreproducable on both my systems.
Comment 5 Nicholas Jones (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-12-22 20:37:59 UTC
Noted as invalid.
