Sits in tree since Sep 4, but this release only supports (currntly stable) ghc: bug #338980

I'll CC arches as we will get ghc-6.12.3 for them

adding sparc and x86 as we have ghc there

Builds fine on x86. No rdeps. Please mark stable for x86.

Sergei, I think it is preferred to handle situations like this by requesting simultaneous stabilization of ghc and all packages that would otherwise fail to build. This time there was a period of time between stabilization of ghc and other haskell packages that some parts of the tree were unbuildable.

Yeah, that was the original plan, but I somehow completely forgot
large bunch of packages. And then one by one they popped up. Sorry
for the mess.
