It's a proprietary package installed in /sbin; the license indication if fishy (as-is?).

I'm opening this bug to not forget about it.

Related software, in net-dialup/fc* says LICENSE="AVM-FC" which contains the following clause:

"You may not transmit, reproduce or alter this Software in whole or in part, in any form, by any means, [...]"

Does this imply that we need to mirror restrict these packages?
