games-puzzle/sgt-puzzles-99999999 don't install icons but original tarball

I have downloaded this puzzles.zip and it haves Icons in it.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
Don't install Icons, I must manually download and install it in

/usr/local/share/pixmaps to use it.

Expected Results:  
Icons for package games-puzzle/sgt-puzzles-9999999

yes, the icons are only installed with releases.  That's on purpose.
