Bug 338689 – net-dialup/capidivert-0.0.2 qa improvements

net-dialup/capidivert-0.0.2 is in tree since 2005 but is now unstable.

I attached a patch, changes:

Fix copyright
Sort keywords
Add RDEPEND
Replace make with emake.

I test this package and it compile on amd64 and on amd64-hardened.



I propose to stablize the package or delete it from tree.

I add on CC treecleaner team, if you agree, delete it from the tree or add on CC the archs team to stabilization.
