deploying cgit with webapp-config is currently broken..

webapp-config -I -V --soft -h localhost -d my_site/git cgit 0.8.3.1-r1

After the 'installation' only two files have actually been installed 
  cgit.css  
  cgit.png

The same happens for soft installs or hard installs.

cgit.cgi is deployed into the cgi-bin directory.

i.e. if the css and png is deployed into:
/var/www/localhost/my_site/git

the cgit.cgi should be in
/var/www/cgi-bin/

(Yes - webapp-config likes to put files in there w/o notice -- happend for me with awstats too)

Thank  you for report. Please, test with cgit-0.8.3.5 or cgit-0.9 and reopen if it still fails for you.
