build.log generated by the ebuild
It appears this failure is because there is no java installed on the system. from build.log: CMake Error at Modules/FindJava.cmake:85 (MESSAGE): Error executing java -version The ebuild doesn't depend on java so this may be a missing dependency. In the meantime as a work around, installing a java distribution may fix this error. Thanks for the fast response. I installed the JDK and everything went through okay. emerge -D dev-java/sun-jdk *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 315229 *** |
