A web-based bug or issue tracker written using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. Probably has all the features you need. Easy to setup. Power and flexibility when you need it.

I wrote a part of ebuild (see attachment), but can't find a guide, on how to set a
default.aspx as a default document from the ebuild.
