upgrading kdeblibs failed with the error:

Build log clearly says your gcc (libstdc++ library provided by gcc) is broken:

`eption_ptr13exception_ptrC2EMS0_FvvE@GCC_3.0'

You need to rebuild gcc. I bet some other packages fail this way as well for you.
