a bug was found in kdelibs which causes kdevelop from git to crash everytime you use it, although kdevelop-9999 isn't in the official tree, a fix that is slated for kde 4.5.2 was commited.
it might be a good idea to add the fix to kdelibs-4.5.1 in the next r# update

the relevant patch to solve this bug

a small modification to kdelibs ebuild is required. (adding it to PATCHES)
I hope you'll accept this patch and insert it into the tree soon.

You're using kdevelop-9999 which is unsupported. Certainly we won't retroactively patch kdelibs in tree to make it work with known not to work kdevelop. Sorry.
