Client::killProcess calls /usr/bin/xon, when dealing with remote hosts.

Fixed in tree and overlay for the ~arch versions of kde. 
The stable version waits for bug 342337.

OK, I'll mark this as fixed now in the course of a general cleanup. 

Nobody seems to care about the stable version, and hopefully ppc will have stabilized x11-apps/scripts until the next major kde version gets a stablereq.
