Gentlemen, 
 
I have moved server to another ISP. My address is rsync9.us.gentoo.org (66.90.77.74). 
IP address has changed from 66.90.77.74 to 209.120.239.178. Please update rsync acl 
and dns record.

New IP in place for the rsync9.us DNS entry and the rsync1.us access
list.  I've removed the mirror from rotation until you confirm it is
syncing with the master.

syncing with master now every 30 minutes.
