1.0_pre6 fails tests, but merges fine.

Don't waste your time with pre6 and pre7 which won't properly function with Emacs 23.2 or later. This is a known problem and has already been fixed upstream.

I'll bump the package to 1.0 this weekend.

Issue should be fixed in 1.0.
