Thanks for adding the data since it really makes my work easier here :)

Just two improvements that would be useful

 - no-herd should probably be hidden by default;
 - if there's a herd specified and the same email is reported as maintainers, I guess only one should be shown (check attached build log).

This is fixed in 2.1.9.3 and 2.2_rc79.
