I've modified the original boa-constuctor ebuild to fetch the sources from CVS,
so it's now much easier to get an updated boa. The latest CVS 0.2.7 version has
much improved since the 0.2.3_alpha we have in portage.

this is a wxwin app, so i'll spread the load around. however, i'm not in favour of a cvs ebuild. i'd rather have a known working snapshot of the cvs tree which we could mirror ourselves.
