sys-devel/autoconf/autoconf-2.65-r1.ebuild: '>=sys-devel/m4-1.4.6'
Other than that all good.
432 tests behaved as expected.
7 tests were skipped.

I seem to get hit by bug 321789. This is not a regression then. Will continue testing.
