The following "sci-physics" herd ebuild
  sci:  /usr/portage/sci-libs/scipy/scipy-0.7.2-r1.ebuild
builds OK on alpha, request "~alpha" keyword.

apparently, not "sci-physics", but "sci".

Sorry, we currently lack the archtesting manpower to ensure speedy handling of such a large number of new packages.
