The last paragraph of step 8 ("After you execute these commands,... configure your netwrok settings.") is a little bit confusing because at this point the network should be up and running. And because of the chrooted enviroment you don't have any network commands at this point. Unnecessary and a little bit confusing, please remove this paragraph.
