I think it would be useful, especially people helping with the LDFLAGS and FEATURES abuse bugs to have the ability to upload a patch to the bug and add themselves as a CC in one page.  currently, after attaching a bug one has to select the Add CC button on the bug page and submit again to get added to the list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.upload a patch
2.add summary (& comment)
3.click submit


Actual Results:  
not able to select to be added to the CC list on the patch page.

Expected Results:  
a checkbox or button to add yourself to the CC list on a bug that you've submitted a patch for.

In bugzilla-3 you'll be able to use the new "Automatically add me to the CC list of bugs I change" with a few possibilities.

Removing from bugzilla 4 tracker.

I doubt there's a way we can fix this. It might be worth an upstream request.
