Will be fixed if bug #33548 is fixed.

root@new app-arch # emerge -DUp mod_php
>>> --upgradeonly implies --update... adding --update to options.
 
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
 
Calculating dependencies -
emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy "sys-apps/bzip2".
 
!!! Error calculating dependencies. Please correct.

sys-apps/bzip2 is not actually in portage. It is in app-arch/bzip2 instead.
After doing a emerge -dDUp world, i determined that the faulty ebuild is
actually "dev-php/mod_php-4.3.4" which mentions "sys-apps/bzip2" when I suppose
it should mention "app-arch/bzip2".


It also causes: -
root@new portage # emerge -DUp world
>>> --upgradeonly implies --update... adding --update to options.
