linuxdcpp does not compile with MAKEOPTS="--jobs --load-average=3"

SCons error: option --jobs: invalid integer value: '--load-average=3'

imho contents of MAKEOPTS should not be fed to scons and other make mutants without careful processing

i will attach emerge --info output shortly
