The ebuild for fcpci in r1 and lower wouldn't build under kernel versions greater then 2.6.32, perhaps already earlier too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. echo "net-dialup/fcpci" > /etc/portage/package.unmask/fcpci
2. emerge -av fcpci
3.

Actual Results:  
Breaks with error of undefined link

Expected Results:  
to build the fcpci kernel module

above files copied to net-dialup/fcpci like follows
 .../net-dialup/fcpci/
    .../fcpci-0.1-r2.ebuild
    .../files/
        .../ctr_reset.diff
        .../strncpy.diff

will build the fcpci module for kernel versions > 2.6.32
