When I go in my preferences, I get 4 tabs: "Account settings", "Email 
settings", "Page footer" and "Permissions". 
 
All of them work when I click on them, except for the "Page footer" where I 
get the message "footer is not a legal tab name" in a big red box. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Gentoo's Bugzilla 
2. Select the Preferences link in the page footer 
3. Select the Page footer tab

Well, I don't know if it has anything to do with this bug, but the "Page Footer" tab is gone, so this bug is kinda fixed! :)
