See the attached patch for adding a mac use flag and related deps to the ebuild in order to support the Monkey's Audio format.

Note that media-sound/aqualung and media-sound/xmms2 are the only ebuilds that also use the mac use flag so it will have to be added as a local use flag.

Note that the use flag could also be called ape. I chose mac since a couple other packages were already using it.
