x11-libs/pango build log
I've also tried these: a, revdep-rebuild Result: trying to build pango first (fails) b, emerge -eav system Result: fails when reach package pango Lots of errors in the build log. Looks like a borked system. Can you emerge anything at all, i.e is it only pango that is failing? I've done a complete system recompile. These are the failing packages: media-libs/faac-1.28-r1 dev-libs/nss-3.12.7 x11-libs/gtk+-2.20.1-r1 x11-libs/libwnck-2.30.2 dev-cpp/gtkmm-2.20.3 media-gfx/geeqie-1.0-r1 dev-libs/dbus-glib-0.86 app-text/texlive-core-2008-r7 app-text/rarian-0.8.1-r1 media-libs/smpeg-0.4.4-r9 games-emulation/dosbox-0.74 x11-libs/pango-1.28.1 x11-libs/wxGTK-2.8.10.1-r5 net-ftp/proftpd-1.3.3a x11-libs/qt-opengl-4.6.2 net-libs/xulrunner-1.9.2.8-r1 www-client/firefox-3.6.8-r1 app-text/pdftk-1.41-r1 media-gfx/gimp-2.6.8 -march=athlon64-sse3 ? afaik there is no such march. Change it with -march=athlon64 -sse3 or Actually -march=athlon64-sse3 exists according to gcc manual: http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-4.4.4/gcc/i386-and-x86_002d64-Options.html#i386-and-x86_002d64-Options But with -march=native i find out that the correct setting for my cpu is: -march=amdfam10 Thanks for the advise! Unfortunately this is not helping to emerge the failing packages. :( Lots of .la problems emerge lafilefixer && lafilefixer --justfixit I've tried "lafilefixer --justfixit", but the emerge has the same result. According to the emerge --info I have glibc-2.11.2-r0, but when I searched after the .so file this is what I got: zemei-desktop ~ # ls -l /usr/lib/libc.so.6 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 14 ápr 2 01.38 /usr/lib/libc.so.6 -> libc-2.10.1.so It seems that I have 2.10.1 version in binary. After re-emerging (no errors, seems ok) the glibc package I have the same name and date for the library. I fixed it. The problem was: glibc-2.11 installed at / , but not removed the old version (2.10) from /usr. Some package tried to use the glibc which is in /usr directory. The solution was: - filter and delete the orphan files from /usr/lib - rebuild the whole system (emerge -eav system) I have a last question: Is it safe to remove orphan files from any /usr subdirectory? |
