Vlc solid action files (.desktop) are not correct and prevent KDE-4.4.5 and KDE-4.5 to present it as an option when a DVD is inserted. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert DVD in DVD
2.Check in the device notifier that VLC is not one of the options



Actual Results:  
Device notifier does not present VLC as an option.

Expected Results:  
One of the entries in the menu for a DVD is to play with VLC
