Diff from ithought-0.0.5-r1

Changes:
*Switched to EAPI 2
*Added src_prepare which includes the fix for lack of LDFLAGS respect
*Added missing || die's

Also of worthy note:
The last time this package was touched upstream was 9 years ago. This is probably a good candidate to mask for removal.
