dev-db/virtuoso-odbc-6.1.2 fails to merge with sandbox violation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add >dev-lang/ruby-1.8.7_p249 and >dev-libs/openssl-0.9.8o to package.mask
2.emerge -puDN world
3.revdep-rebuild

Actual Results:  
sandbox violation

After some struggles, I threw in the towel on virtuoso-odbc and virtuoso-server (emerge -C both of them ) in order to move forward with revdep-rebuild on my remaining packages.  I found the same sandbox violation for net-analyzer/openvas-client-2.0.5.

I'm beginning to believe it's a bigger problem than these individual packages... maybe with sys-apps/sandbox-2.3, which I have installed.

So, I downgraded to sys-apps/sandbox-1.6-r2.  Now, both virtuoso-server and virtuoso-odbc emerge correctly.

So, this is an issue for sys-apps/sandbox-2.3, or all of these packages in combination.

This bug should be fixed with sandbox-2.3-r1
