Even the dedicated server needs the games-misc/opengfx pack. It is needed because it also contains for example height maps for the map generation.

openttd will not start without it.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="dedicated" emerge games-simulation/openttd
2. /usr/games/bin/openttd -D

Actual Results:  
Error: Failed to find a graphics set. Please acquire a graphics set for OpenTTD. See section 4.1 of readme.txt.

Expected Results:  
Starting dedicated server.

ok, changed the deps for that.  Thanks for the bug report.
