xulrunner-1.9.2.8-r1 fails to emerge as its unable to find gdk-pixbuf.h due to missing includes for gdk-pixbuf

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -av xulrunner

As one can see its missing the include dirs for gdk-pixbuf as
-I/usr/include/gdk-pixbuf-2.0

We are not gonna support things in gnome overlay.

Use GNOMEUI FLAGS when building the toolkit/system/gnome component

Dropping this into /etc/portage/patches/net-libs/xulrunner does the job.
