I don't have windows so I can't help you on for nero but I think there are no special options to set. Here are some questions which should help you : Did you verify the checksum of the is you've downloaded ? Did you used a cd-r and not a cd-rw ? Theses old drive does not support them. Did you try to change/look at the jumpers of your drive ? It sometimes needs tweaking. I'm also reachable on irc (irc.freenode.net on #gentoo-hppa) if you need more interaction. Solved on irc. It was a media problem. not software related. |
