Milkytracker has been in the tree since February without changes. There are no outstanding bugs except for one seemingly only affecting amd64, and haven't been for a while. So I think it should be marked x86 stable.

I have marked the amd64 bug (302398) as WORKSFORME, as it is now functioning properly on the amd64 system. Hopefully whatever issue there was has been ironed out.
