emerging libsmi with FEATURES="test" makes the test stage fail.

I see for almost all test smidiff/*.diffdiff files in the test dir, but not
for SMIDIFF-TEST-007-MIB.

Expected Results:  
Install of libsmi without any errors when FEATURE="test" is set.
