trying to enable all extensions and make use of the USE flags.

i think someone should bump the revision of this, but i'm not certain,
cuz it's not actually "adding" any new features, but is very different from
the
previus bochs-2.0.2.ebuild.

Re-assign to ebuild maintainer, please close WONTFIX or whatever, this bug is
pretty stale.
