Hello,

OpenSSL since 1.0 supports GOST cryptographic algorithms, but it seems that openssl-1.0a ebuild does not build ccgost cryptoengine shipped with openssl and required for these algos to be used. It would be great to be able to use GOST algorithms out of the box on Gentoo.

looks to me like it's already available and always has been

$ qlist -e openssl | grep -i gost
/usr/lib/debug/usr/lib64/engines/libgost.so.debug
/usr/lib64/engines/libgost.so
