Bug 330041 – thunderbird-9.0 dialog for calendar password appear _below_ main screen

As stated in summary the dialog windows to enter password to access calendar (lightning with google calendar provider) appear _below_ the main screen (unlike the modal ones for mailboxes that appear _over_ the main screen) so they are not visible unless you organize your desktop and unclutter windows.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start thunderbird with a calendar account configure but no passowrd stored.

the dialog box is under the main window

Expected Results:  
the dialog box should have a different z-order

I have the same issue with the master password prompt box, it appears before the main frame of thunderbird is visible on the screen, and stays below it. (But I have four more prompt box popping up right after the main frame is displayed.)

I'm assuming that the bug still exists for 9.0, and renaming the title. Please close this bug if that is not the case.

If you feel I have closed your bug and it is still a current issue, please reopen and update it completely. We will not work bugs that have no ebuild in tree any longer or can not be reproduced with a current system.
