When emerging korganizer the emerge fails when libkdgantt2.so is already found on the system, apparantly installed by kdepim-common-libs. 

To fix, I moved kdgantt/ from KMEXTRA to KMEXTRACTONLY in the korganizer ebuild. 

Not sure if this is the proper fix but it worked for me.
