configure: error: No OpenGL library found on this system.
OpenGL and Direct3D won't be supported.
This is an error since --with-opengl was requested.

app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-opengl might be required on amd64 for opengl useflag.

You are right :
I've emerged emul-linux-x86-opengl and everything is back to normal.
Please add this dependency to wine ebuild.
