pyspf import urllib.request from python-2.6 lib, which doesn't exist. There is not even a elog message.

dev-python/pydns doesn't support Python 3, so I would suggest reverting the change in dev-python/pyspf.

So reversion could be a good option, since it break pypolicyd-spf.

full reversion of pyspf done.

pypolicyd-spf constrained to python2.
