Many people doesn't know that if they're using --as-needed in LDFLAGS, it has to be a separate flag. I would be grateful if you could update proj/en/qa/asneeded.xml

Small typing error there, "--as-neeeded". Also, the link you just put in the URL field should be mentioned in the page so people can see *why* with their own eyes.

and btw, thanks, this is overdue
