I am unable to reproduce, please test on a new created user account and, if still valid, provide a proper backtrace following: http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/qa/backtraces.xml Please reopen once that backtrace is provided. Thanks I rebuild all gstreamer related programs and plugins. Now it seems to work fine. Had the same situation, rebuilt - gstreamer -- did not help - gst-plugins-alsa -- and now it works In my system this caused also segfault in clementine and pidgin, probalby at the moment when they tried to play a sound (e.g. pidgin while logging to its server). |
