patch to enable quiet switch
Hi, Thanks for the bugreport. Please try out the newest (unstable) esearch 0.5.2. It already has a -n/--nocolor switch, but I'll add a -q/--quiet as you suggested. David latest is 0.5.1, as of my latest emerge sync. But as it seems from the code, the "verbose" flag scratches my itch, since It summerize the indexing and doesn't use backspaces (which was the factor that made the cluttering - they are visable when piped/used in cron, and I'd get a daily mail of hundreds of lines). feel free to close this report, if you want... Thanks, Eldad closing now as it was already fixed, I'll mark 0.5 stable in a week or so. 0.5.1 is stable now |
