It would be immensely useful to have a file to which one could add categories or specific packages that will behave as if ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" were set, while still keeping the rest of the system at "x86".  For instance, I just recently installed the prelude IDS, and I also have an automatic update script.  Now, the prelude IDS is masked.  The automatic update script rebuilds an older version of a dependent library which causes prelude to stop functioning.  It would be rad to be able to add dev-libs/libprelude to a file that would tell portage to use the latest version, whether masked or not, while keeping the rest of the system in the stable mode (so as not to have to reemerge gcc every time i emerge sync).
