Build log
It's a known failure with hdf5 compiled with strict checks. They were enabled by default till: 03 Jul 2010; Kacper Kowalik <xarthisius@gentoo.org> hdf5-1.8.5.ebuild, metadata.xml: Adding debug flag Upstream was notified about the issue[1], but resolved it as WONTFIX. Could you please verify whether you merged hdf5 with [debug] or before 03 Jul? Thanks, Kacper [1] http://www.pytables.org/trac/ticket/245 |
