According to that there are retired people in CVS groups. Let's clean the groups and make sure removing people from the groups is part of the retirement process.

I've wrote a small script that is currently producing the following output:

The retired dev allanonjl is on the cvs cvsinstaller svn svnglsr git groups
The retired dev eroyf is on the cvs svn svnbugday git groups
The retired dev psi29a is on the cvs svn git groups
The retired dev weeve is on the cvs svn git groups

I need to validate the script with infra and after a small change I need to make, I'll take care of these developers, add the script to the retirement space and update the retirement process instructions.

After reviewing the script with Robin, I've dropped the retired devs from the groups on cvs.gentoo.org

I've added the script to the retirement project space and a note in the retirement process to check group membership on cvs.gentoo.org.
