The package app-admin/systemimager-common-bin has a dependancy for
app-admin/systemconfigurator but that ebuild doesn't exist in portage.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -vp app-admin/systemimager-server-bin
2. watch it blow up ;-)
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge says it cannot satisfy the dependancy for the missing package

Expected Results:  
it should install the necessary packages to resolve dependancies
